About Dan Chiorean
I focus my practice on antitrust class action litigation, mainly (though not exclusively) in the pharmaceutical industry. My previous litigation experience includes federal criminal defense, civil defense litigation, UCC, commercial litigation, eCommerce, and intellectual property. Prior to practicing law, I was a Project Management professional, both in automotive manufacturing and online interactive marketing. At ePrize, I helped design, managed and launched programs in the US, Europe, South America, Korea, and Japan for Dell, Microsoft, Clorox, Ubisoft, HBO, Coca-Cola, adidas, and other brands. At Lear, my experience was in operations engineering as a certified Project Manager, where I launched instrument panel cockpit assembly lines for GM, Ford, and Chrysler - an integrated JIT assembly and sequencing operation with tight broadcast window launched on time, under budget, without quality failures or customer line stop. I have significant Six Sigma and Lean experience and training.
