Warshawsky. In his career, Mr. Warshawsky has served as an Assistant United States Attorney, as an associate at prestigious law firms, and as a law clerk to federal judges. He has litigated single-plaintiff and class-action employment cases, civil rights and constitutional law cases, and personal injury and medical malpractice cases, among others. He has successfully represented clients in dispositive motions, bench trials, jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Mr. Warshawsky brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and sound judgment to every case.
